I am happy for you getting this together and online. For some reason, I haven't been able to make out the resident gremlin's mood, and the apple applications are throwing me off. I'm not sure my video even was saved, let alone in a useful format. It only showed up as a sound bite on my computer. Worse, the photos I downloaded from my camera to my thumbdrive disappeared and were also not available. I am so glad that most of my students are more capable than I, or we might be very poorly represented in the digital news world. At least I am getting the idea of how all this can come together in skilled hands.
Thirty-four high school journalism educators from around the country traveled to Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in June 2010 for the ASNE Reynolds High School Journalism Institute. This blog carries their thoughts and information about the program.
The institute, one of five held around the country, is made possible by a grant from the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation administered by the American Society of News Editors.
