Today I and we learned about journalism law, how to work once again against a deadline, and most importantly for me, how to begin the process of taking my students into the world of online journalism at my.hsj.org. I am very excited about it. In fact I am so excited that I am losing sleep. Yeah, the days are long and challenging, but this old warrior feels his juices flowing, sees the light, and realizes what an opportunity he has lucked in to. It seemed out of context to see my name up in lights, but I know that when I return armed with what I've learned, that I can turn my students into superstars just like Alan's Dream team.
