WOW

I am flying over desert just outside of AZ. Although I am hesitant to admit this, I have NEVER been further west than Alabama so this is quite the adventure for me. I have been all around the globe but never travelled in my country...shame on me!

With that said, I am 45 minutes away and look forward to meeting everyone tonight. So far the emails and posts today have been positive; nice weather, nice hotel, nice location:)

The turbulence on this plane I could do without...it has been BUMPY. Seatbelts all of the 4 hours. Oh well...see you all very soon!
